WHY AM I DOING THIS?

It's a great question, it's not so I can be driving around in a Ferrari, if that were the case, our prices would be the same as what you're currently paying.

The seed was planted over 20 years ago, I was pissed off with constantly ordering expensive tools and providing feedback to the suppliers (they shall remain nameless) - which was mainly that they burned out too fast without achieving enough metres, but I had no choice but to keep paying.

I started wondering if I could source better quality for a much lower cost, that way, I could earn more money per job without increasing the cost to my customers.
With the volume I was purchasing - both polishing concrete with a beautiful showroom in Melbourne, to running crews on big demolition contracts in supermarkets, Targets and shopping plazas doing rip up and grind, this could mean saving tens of thousands of dollars a year - enough to save for a plot of land to then build my dream home in Fiji.

So my journey began...

After hundreds of emails and phone calls, multiple flights, and undergoing rigorous testing, I perfected each tool, increasing the quality so they lasted longer and paying a fraction of the price.

By cutting out the middleman and getting factory direct prices, I saved a fortune, and that’s exactly what I want to pass on to you when you become a Hammer Tools customer.

I only add a tiny margin to each product to cover our minimal costs, which is why you pay factory direct prices, instead of heavily marked up retail prices! We keep things lean with low overheads, and I don’t need to squeeze profits out of Hammer Tools because I’ve already got income from my two Airbnb properties.

For me, this isn’t about making a quick buck - it’s about making sure you get quality tools, increase your margin on each job and keep more in your pocket at the end of each financial year.

But to be honest, the answer to why? is easy, but it comes down to three things.

1. To show my son - He's only 11 - That when you put your mind to something then anything is possible.
2. To give back - Our job is hard, brutal at times, and with me doing this I know it can keep millions of dollars in your pockets instead of being wasted on overpriced tools with massive margins.
3. Because I can - It's something new for me to focus on. Life's an adventure, and this is my next one.
