Hammer Tools Shipping Policy

We use FedEx as our shipping partner and we strive to deliver your purchased items in a timely manner. Here are the details of our shipping policy:

Processing Time

  • All orders are custom made and are usually completed in 7-9 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for orders under $1000 (ex GST) will be $87.50 but orders over $1000 (ex GST) is free shipping.
  • Due to custom manufacturing and receiving factory direct prices from our factory overseas, delivery times can be up 21 days from date of order.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your FedEx tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving it.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Hammer Tools deliveries come with a CHAFTA certificate so there is no customs duty to pay and you will have already paid GST on your order so there is no import GST to pay.

Damages

  • It has never happened before but if your order is lost or damaged, please contact us to investigate.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not ship outside the Australia
